  • We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. Payment must be made in cash upon receiving the product.
  • Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5-10 business days based on your location.

2. Order Confirmation and Communication

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed in cash only at the time of product pickup or upon return confirmation. We do not offer refunds via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment systems.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been shipped.

5. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to lighting and manufacturing updates.
  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or return.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ZephyrTreks is not liable for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
